Penny Swindells

Having began farming with her family business in Nottingham moved to Brant Broughton in 1974 and has been a senior partner since 1979. Penny has a wealth of knowledge with breeding and care of most breeds of dogs.

Penny now enjoys running Little Rascals from her family home with both her children and grandson.

Edward Swindells Bsc (dip surv) MNAVA

Having been guided and taught in respect of all aspects of running the business by his father (Edward) up until 1989, Edward became a senior director of the business and currently takes day to day responsibility of running the business and all staff management. Edward is also a qualified property and chattels auctioneer and member of the RICS running a regular local property auction.

Bridgett Dickens

Bridgett, is our senior operations director and manages all aspects of the puppy breeding and welfare. She is also a fully qualified groomer having gained her national diploma in 2004. After having gained 15 years initial experience in the industry in the east midlands and southern counties Bridgett returned to the family business in 1996 along with her husband Pete and son Edward. In January 2012 Bridgett attained her CSQP qualification and is now professionally able to advise on the necessary medical requirements for companion animals.

Peter Dickens

Pete has extensive experience has qualifications in livestock and dog breeding and is a well respected and reknowned livestock judge throughout the country. Having worked with his father in the southern counties he joined Bridgett in the business in 1996 and is now a senior partner.

Sorrel Jones

Sorrel came to the business in August 2006. Having gained a wealth of experience within the Lincolnshire area and an extensive knowledge in accounting, Sorrel is our senior accounts administrator managing all aspects of this side of our business. Sorrel now lives in Oxford with her husband Craig and their two children, Lewis and Erin.

Aurel Cirpaci

Aurel gained initial experience working in kennels in the north of the country. He moved to the Lincolnshire area and joined the business in December 2007 as our senior kennel assistant.

Angelo Cirpaci

Angelo came to live with us as part of the family in January 2008 and having trained for the past two years joined the business in earnest to become a Senior Kennel Manager in January 2010 and now takes care of all aspects of the dog breeding and property maintenance side of the business seven days a week and is always on hand to assist visiting customers.

Tina Waterfall

Tina joined us in December 2010. Tina comes from a telesales background and deals with all aspects of customer relations and advice within the office. Tina lives in Old Leake near Boston with her husband Phil, daughter Shannon (below) and Lhasa Apso little girl Smudge.

Shannon Waterfall

Shannon began to work for us in December 2010. She currently attends Boston Grammar Schools Federation and is in the process of undertaking her GCSE exams. Shannon helps us out within the kennels every other weekend and is always keen to assist with any customer requirements.

Nina Lee

Nina joined Little Rascals in August 2011. Nina assists in the daily care of the puppies, and is only to pleased to help you chose the right puppy for the right family upon your visits, while also assisting with our weekly vet visits enabling her to assist you with any puppy advice. Nina is married to Andy and has two children Amy & Daniel who live in Claypole along with Jade a German Sheppard and Charlie a Chocolate Cocker Spaniel dogs
